disability and ndis support

The Power In You Project currently has more than thirty experienced Peer Mentors available to provide one on one support and transport to NDIS clients.

Our Peer Mentors are qualified in Mental Health and/or AOD and many have lived experience. Many also have further qualifications, including Personal Training certificates and bachelors in Psychological Science, Criminology or Counselling.

Primarily focussed on developing independence, our Peer Mentors will support clients to attend appointments and shopping as required as well as engaging in a range of activities which promote Community Connections.

The Power In You Project weekly timetable is also available to NDIS clients along with specialist services such as weekly meal preparation, personal training and psychology appointments.
